  Accessibility Study
 
      ElderSource contracted with The Health Planning Council ofNortheast Florida to    conduct an accessibility study of consumers in their seven county Planning and Service Area (PSA), which includes Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, St. Johns, Nassau and Volusia Counties.
 
Accessibility
The purpose of the study was to determine how elders and their caregivers find out about community resources and services, how they access those services, difficulties encountered when attempting to access services, as well as the overall visibility of ElderSource.
