Elders and caregivers look to the Aging Resource Center to get information about
resource and assistance in accessing them. Many elders and caregivers are comfortable
going to someone local who they know – that may be you. To better serve the elders and caregivers, the
Aging Resource Center needs you. We need you to be access point to
us so the elders and caregivers could get the help they need. Won’t you sign up to become an Access Point?
Access Point Agreement
There are several levels from which you could choose. Take a look at the agreement, select the level you
wish and submit it to us. We’ll send you materials and provide you with training.
