Area Plan (pdf) - Provides an overview of the social, economic and demographic characteristics of the planning and service area. Focus is given to geographic areas and population groups within the PSA that have special needs, specifically as they relate to low-income, minority and rural factors.

Funding Opportunity (pdf) - ElderSource uses a Request for Proposal (RFP) process to solicit bids to provide services within our seven county service area. Based on proposals received we award contracts within each county, usually for a three year period.

Library Card Application (pdf) - ElderSource operates a Resource Library with the assistance of funding from The Community Foundation. The Resource Library is a lending library of aging related materials that are available to elders, their caregivers, professionals working in the field and service providers.
