ElderSource uses a Request for Proposal (RFP) process to solicit bids to provide
services within our seven county service area. Based on proposals received we award contracts within each
county, usually for a three year period.

Request for Proposal
At a minimum we conduct an RFP every three years for services under the Older Americans
Act and a separate RFP for State General Revenue Programs, again every three years.
