Position: Customer Service Specialist (FT)

ElderSource, the Area Agency on Aging and Aging and Disability Resource Center for Northeast Florida, is looking for a Customer Service Specialist (FT + Benefits).  This professional should have a high school diploma or GED and three years of experience in Information and Referral services, case management, call center services or related social services work experience.  The Customer Service Specialist will be working in the call center.  Typical duties include handling inbound calls providing information and referrals to elders, caregivers and persons with disability.  Other duties will include making outbound calls, participating in community outreach events and assisting clients with face to face to service applications.  Applicant must have excellent communication, computer and human relations skills.  Call center experience a plus.
